A Privately Owned Fleet — ADR EX III Certified
ELTEK has invested in building a privately owned fleet consisting of dozens of vehicles of every type: trailers, semi-trailers, and international transport trucks. All vehicles are ADR EX III certified — the highest classification for the transport of explosive materials under the ADR Agreement for the Carriage of Dangerous Goods.
Every vehicle in the fleet is maintained in accordance with ADR regulations, undergoes regular inspections, and is equipped with all the necessary safety provisions. The decision to own the fleet rather than outsource is a deliberate one — it means full control over quality, maintenance, and readiness at all times.
Certified Drivers — The Human Side of Safety

New Logistics Hub in Germany
As part of its strategy for pan-European coverage, ELTEK is establishing a logistics hub in Germany for the distribution of its cartridged emulsion products. This move targets in particular the HYDRA product — the only emulsion-type product on the market today that can fully replace dynamite.
