ELTEK SA, the fastest-growing explosives production and trading company in Southeastern Europe, is proud to announce that members of its team successfully completed a certified Basic Life Support (BLS/AED) training course.
The seminar took place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at the Lyceum of Argos Orestiko, Kastoria Prefecture (2 Pavlou Mela Street, 52200 Argos Orestiko), from 10:00 to 15:00.
The program is certified by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and was organized in collaboration with the Hellenic Society of Emergency Prehospital Care (E.E.E.P.F.).
The training covered critical first aid skills, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) techniques and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED). Participants were trained according to the latest ERC protocols and guidelines.
Safety as a corporate culture
At ELTEK, safety extends far beyond production processes. The company, certified under ISO 45001:2018 for Occupational Health and Safety and fully compliant with the European SEVESO III Directive, systematically invests in the continuous training and development of its workforce.
Participation in the BLS program is part of a broader safety strategy that includes ADR driver training, explosives handling certification, workplace safety seminars, and certified first aid programs.
ELTEK believes that a safe working environment requires personnel equipped with the knowledge and skills to respond effectively in any situation.
Stronger. Safer. Committed.
